  Get a full refund if you cancel at least 7 days before your scheduled arrival.
• Within 5 Days (More than 72 Hours):
  No refund, but full credit for future booking—valid for 3 months from your original arrival date.
• Within 72 to 48 Hours:
  A 1-night retention fee applies. The remaining amount is kept as credit for 60 days.
• Within 48 Hours of Arrival:
  No refund or credit. Full booking amount will be retained.
• Card Payment Cancellations:
  All cancellations through credit/debit cards incur a 5% transaction fee.
• Holiday Season Policy:
  Policies may vary during festive seasons. Please confirm at the time of booking.
